Margaret was a real estate paralegal prior to becoming actively involved in assisting individuals to buy and sell property. She has owned and operated Kirby Realty Company since 1995.
Margaret has been actively involved in local, state and national REALTOR® associations, having served locally as President, Vice President, Secretary and chaired many committees.
Margaret is a life-long resident of Rowan County, except for several years spent in school, graduating from Kings College in Charlotte, NC, working with the FBI in Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, and eventually living for 18 months in Nurnberg, Germany.
She is involved in church work at Enon Baptist Church and supports many community activities, including Relay for Life, the Women's Shelter and West Rowan Bible Teaching Association.
She has one son, Jeff, who assists in the business and is married to Lezlee. Margaret is Grammy to two wonderful grandchildren, Tory and Lindsay.

Cheryl is retired from Wachovia Bank after 20 years of service as a lender and investment counselor. Previous employment included several years as a real estate agent in Miami, Florida; a clerk in a prominent Miami law firm; and in the Finance Department for the City of Coral Gables handling all special assessments.

 Michele G. Smith, ABR
Michele is fairly new to the real estate business, although homes and land have been a passion of hers for years. She builds her business on honesty and integrity. Her energy and enthusiasm drive her to seek what is best for her clients, and she strives to make the buying and/or selling process as pleasant as possible.
Michele was educated in the Salisbury/Rowan schools and calls Salisbury home. She has a Computer Science degree from Appalacian State University and was formally a computer consultant with several banks in Charlotte.
Michele is married to Keith Smith and has three boys. She currently homeschools Ryan (age 13), Christian (age 11) and Hunter (age 9). She is active with the local homeschool association and heads up the science program. She and her family are active members at Centre Presbyterian Church in Mooresville, NC.

Janie is a native of Rowan County and is instrumental in the family business of building homes and developing subdivisions.

 Elaine Westmoreland Foster
Elaine Westmoreland Foster lives in Woodleaf and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Catawba College, also earning degrees in accounting and business administration.
Elaine enjoys helping others achieve their goals, especially home ownership. Her outside activities include hiking, camping and deer hunting.
Elaine has two children and coordinates care for her mother, who has Alzheimer's. This has given her empathy for others in the same situation, and her compassionate nature is reflected in all she does. She is a member of Williamson Chapel Church.
