Margaret was a real estate paralegal prior to becoming actively involved in assisting individuals to buy and sell property. She has owned and operated Kirby Realty Company since 1995.
Margaret has been actively involved in local, state and national REALTOR® associations, having served locally as President, Vice President, Secretary and chaired many committees.
Margaret is a life-long resident of Rowan County, except for several years spent in school, graduating from Kings College in Charlotte, NC, working with the FBI in Washington, D.C., and Charlotte, and eventually living for 18 months in Nurnberg, Germany.
She is involved in church work at Enon Baptist Church and supports many community activities, including Relay for Life, the Women's Shelter and West Rowan Bible Teaching Association.
She has one son, Jeff, who assists in the business and is married to Lezlee. Margaret is Grammy to two wonderful grandchildren, Tory and Lindsay.

 Diane Hunter
Diane has been practicing real estate since 1981, both in Davidson County and Rowan County.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Salisbury/Rowan Association of Realtors.
Diane has earned certificates in Marketing, Relocation, Investment Sales and Management, First Time Homebuyers, and is a former certified appraiser.
Diane is married to Bobby Hunter and is the proud grandmother of two adorable grandchildren, Tristan and Ashlyn.

 Brenda S. Sutton
Brenda is an energetic, hard-working agent ready to help buyers and sellers in all aspects. She has been licensed since 1991 and has held other jobs but has always enjoyed working with the public.

 Michele G. Smith, ABR
Michele is fairly new to the real estate business, although homes and land have been a passion of hers for years. She builds her business on honesty and integrity. Her energy and enthusiasm drive her to seek what is best for her clients, and she strives to make the buying and/or selling process as pleasant as possible.
Michele was educated in the Salisbury/Rowan schools and calls Salisbury home. She has a Computer Science degree from Appalacian State University and was formally a computer consultant with several banks in Charlotte.
Michele is married to Keith Smith and has three boys. She currently homeschools Ryan (age 13), Christian (age 11) and Hunter (age 9). She is active with the local homeschool association and heads up the science program. She and her family are active members at Centre Presbyterian Church in Mooresville, NC.
She has a passion for lake and beach properties. She moved from Lake Norman to Salisbury 8.5 years ago, grew up around High Rock Lake and currently owns lake front property on Badin Lake and beach property at Oak Island, NC. Pat is a native of Rowan County, having graduated from North Rowan High School. She received her broker's license in 1976, has 15 years banking experience and is retired from the local VA Medical Center.

 Cheryl A. McDaniel

 Mary E. Coggins
Mary recently earned her real estate license and is anxious to help homebuyers and sellers with their many needs.
Mary is very familiar with this area, having graduated from East Rowan. She has also taken various classes at Pfeiffer University and RCCC. She is a member at Faith Lutheran Church and has two beautiful children, Preston and Alexa.
