| My wife and I purchased a home in Salisbury in 2007 through Kirby Realty. Our agent was Michele Smith. We are not strangers to relocations, so we have worked with many real estate agents over the years. Our experience with Michele was wonderful. She worked with our schedule to find me a house fast, she even met with us on Mother's Day, if you can believe that. She understood our needs and worked diligently to find a house that met our requirements. She was knowledgeable about the area and the homes that were available. She set us up with internet access to homes meeting our needs, and routinely added new homes for us to review. We also appreciated that she was available by cell phone at any time. We have worked with agents who were difficult to contact, often having to leave voice mails. She even brought a fantastic house warming basket after we moved in and made sure we were OK with our purchase. Last year Shirley Dale helped us find the home we are currently living in. We are on a very limited budget as my husband is on disability and unable to work and I do not make a large salary. Because of my husband’s health and our limited budget, we told her that we were looking for a smaller scale home both in size and price.
We met with Shirley and went over exactly what we were looking for and we looked at a lot of homes for a couple of months. She treated us as if we were going to buy a million dollar home! It didn’t matter to her that we were looking for something on the lower price end and that we looked at homes in some way out places trying to find what we really wanted. She always approached us each time with a smile and the attitude that she really enjoys helping people find their dream home. We never once felt like our task was something she dreaded and on June 19, 2009, we will have been in our dream home for one year, thanks to Shirley’s determination and great attitude for customer service.
We have kept in touch with Shirley over this past year and have come to think of her as a very dear friend. If we ever would need to buy another home, she is the first person we would approach for assistance and we would definitely recommend her highly to anyone who needs help finding the exact home they want!David and Cindy Ramsey | |
